Email Notifications for UAR Campaigns
Section titled “Email Notifications for UAR Campaigns”During a User Access Review (UAR) campaign, multiple email notifications can be configured to keep reviewers and stakeholders informed. Depending on the configuration of your specific campaign, you may receive all, some, or none of the notifications described below.
Available Email Notifications
Section titled “Available Email Notifications”Campaign Start Notification
Section titled “Campaign Start Notification”Notifies reviewers when the campaign becomes active and their review assignments are available.
Periodic Review Reminders
Section titled “Periodic Review Reminders”Sends reminder emails to reviewers at regular intervals (typically every few days) to encourage timely completion of assigned reviews.
Review Reassignment Notification
Section titled “Review Reassignment Notification”Notifies new reviewers when review items are reassigned to them during an active campaign.
Pending Review Escalation
Section titled “Pending Review Escalation”Escalates incomplete reviews shortly before the campaign ends.
- Sent to the reviewer and their manager
- Typically sent once, a few days before the campaign end date
- Triggered only if assigned reviews are still incomplete
Campaign Completion Notification
Section titled “Campaign Completion Notification”Notifies stakeholders when the campaign is completed or reaches its scheduled end date.
