Updating Review Decisions After Approval or Revocation

Section titled “Updating Review Decisions After Approval or Revocation”

Managers can change their review decisions even after access has been approved or revoked. This is done by resetting the review item back to an unreviewed state, which places it back into the manager’s active review list.

  1. Navigate to My Reviews.

  2. Update the Status filter:

    • Set the filter to All Statuses or Completed

Status Filter Set to Completed or All Statuses

  3. Once the filter is updated, locate the review entry.

    Locate Entry to Reset

  4. Under the Actions column, click the yellow Reset to Unreviewed icon.

    Reset to Unreviewed Action

  5. The review action will be cleared, and the item will be returned to the manager’s review list for re-evaluation.

Action Has Been Reset

Note: This option is only available for review items where a decision has already been completed.

After resetting a review item, managers may not immediately see the entry in their list.

This can be the case if they chose the Status filter as Completed and as a result, the item does not appear because it no longer has a status of Completed :

  • Refresh the page, or

  • Change the Status filter from Completed back to Active

    Status Filter Set to Active

Once the filter is updated, all UAR entries currently assigned to the manager—including reset items—will be visible under My Reviews.
